Ivan Edu Lobela is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lobela Solutions, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting immigration law firms through litigation support, case management, legal operations, and multilingual communication. He previously served as the Director of administration & support services in multiple immigration law firms in the US and the UK, where he led legal operations and helped manage complex, high-volume immigration matters.

His professional experience includes supporting more than 3,600 immigration court hearings and over 8,000 hours of courtroom observation and interpretation, providing valuable insight into immigration court procedures and litigation support.

A polyglot, fluent speaker of seven languages—English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Fang, and Pidgin—Ivan helps bridge communication across cultures and legal systems. Through Lobela Solutions' professional network, clients also have access to language services in 99+ languages.

Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and the published author of the book: 'Successfully Happy: Earn the Life You Deserve', reflecting his passion for leadership, personal growth, and professional excellence.
